Rowena, the owner of R3 Cleaning Inc., has been running her cleaning business since 2006, beginning in Yellowknife, NWT. From the very start, Rowena has committed a portion of her business earnings to support children and teenagers in need, both in her home country of the Philippines and here in Canada. The children she sponsored have since flourished, with many now college graduates, including two who have become doctors and one who is now a lawyer in the Philippines.
Driven by her passion to give back, Rowena has expanded R3 Cleaning Inc. to Fort McMurray, Edmonton, Sherwood Park, as well as into Ontario, Kitchener and British Columbia. She hopes to use a portion of the revenue from these locations to build an orphanage in the Philippines, with the goal of supporting over 100 children and teenagers, helping them grow into successful young adults.
